About the Role

CROFT & FROST is looking for a sales position at our offices in Chattanooga, TN. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that can set goals and grow with our fast-moving organization. We sell tax services, life insurance and raise money for our various funds.
We provide full sales training, daily mentoring, great leadership, and all the tools you need to succeed. We pride ourselves in our ability to train, grow, and nurture successful individuals to help them achieve their goals! CROFT & FROST sales positions will be offered as a 1099 role.

Duties

• Sell 30,000 in New Contract Value per month
• Monday National Sales Call
• Tuesday Sandler Training
• Wednesday Live Cardone Training
• Sales Meeting - Monday, Thurs, Friday
• 30 Activities per day Minimum
• 25 social media messages on any platform per week
• Track ALL activity via HubSpot (phone calls, text, emails, social media messages)
• Daily Cardone Training
• Communicate with your Manager daily via phone call

Job Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs (Microsoft Outlook, etc.)
• Highly self- motivated
• Team Player
• Organization skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-5 years sales experience
• Life Insurance License (Preferred)
• Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
