About the Role

The purpose of an HR intern is to assist with the HR Director and HR Assistant on HR tasks. The HR intern also learns from the HR department and sits in on meetings, attends meetings, and opinion is a value to the HR department.

Duties

• I-9 compliance
• Posting jobs on indeed or other platforms
• Monitoring resumes
• Reviewing resumes
• Training on pre-screening and the interview process
• Scanning documents
• Filing documents
• Creating documents to measure HR metrics
• Attending meetings
• Other tasks not listed above

Job Qualifications

• Team Player
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Organization skills and the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs (Microsoft, Outlook, etc)

Education & Experience

• Perusing degree in Human Resource Management
• Junior or Senior year, required
