About the Role
CROFT & FROST looking for someone to join our team as an Operations Staff. This role would work directly with the Operations Manager to ensure that day to day operation in the tax department is running efficiently. This position would follow a hybrid work model with 2 days worked remote and 3 days worked in the office.
Duties
• Assist Operations Manager with updating staff with internal updates
• Answer client questions
• Assist in communication with clients
• Pull reports for status client projects
• Introducing client to CROFT & FROST team
• Assist in getting client information from clients
• Keep client information organized and filed
• Scanning documents into E-Filing system
• Communicated with staff internally
• Communicate with clients externally
• Assist with client disengagement
• Assist with processing tax returns
• Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
• Team Player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs (Microsoft, Outlook, etc)
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Organization skills and the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of professional experience
