A company’s culture is crucial for collaboration in the workplace. We all know the saying, “Teamwork makes the dream work.” At CROFT & FROST we embody this idea of teamwork by collaborating together professionally and creating personal bonds with our fellow employees.


The idea of hosting an Office Ping Pong Tournament, a week of Office Olympics events, facing off with Halloween Office Family Feud, or going axe throwing with co-workers might sound like activities off of a sitcom. However, the reality is, this is the environment at CROFT & FROST. As a part of Care Crew, a group that simply… cares, we aim to relieve some pressures that are present in a traditional office environment. We are a company that rewards our chili cook off winner with a spray painted golden ladle and a gift card. We also find it important to celebrate our employees’ achievements all because of one thing: we care about our employees, and recognition is important. Whether it is a birthday, work anniversary, graduating college, or an engagement: we want to celebrate the people in our work community.


The more trust and comfortability you have in the work space, the more freedom and support one feels to be able to reach and execute their professional and personal goals. One can feel a lot more likely to share their intelligence, talents and ideas if they feel safe in an environment and the people within it. The growth between relationships not only helps an employee excel as an individual but by having tight knit relationships, they are able to combine ideas and push each other for the betterment of the company as a whole. One of our core values is collaboration. We encourage our employees to follow the process and never go at it alone.
