CROFT & FROST Refund Policy

Croft & Frost does not issue full refunds on any work after the completion of the signed proposal. Once a client engages with Croft & Frost, a percentage system is used based on the stage of work that the client is currently a part of at the time of refund request. If a client desires to engage in a refund request, Croft & Frost will make final decision within 30 day of the request and partial refund will be issued 30 days after the approval of the partial refund.
